Guys Wilderness Weekend

Jeremy and the boys took off for a couple of days to go backpacking in the mountains.  They went back to their favorite campsite at Wall Lake and had a great time making memories and having fun doing what boys do.  Here are a few highlights:

Silly boys jumping into the crazy cold water.

 Hiking into camp selfie.

 Relaxing at camp.

Hiking on the glaciers and around the lake.

Day hiking selfie.

This has become a tradition that Jeremy and the boys look forward to each summer!

After lunch at J Dawgs, I dropped this crew (minus Kayden) off at EFY for a week of testimony building.  They had a great week!

Fight Night for Charity Vision

A good friend of ours invited us to go to a fight night for a charity that he sits on the board for.  We graciously accepted his invitation and I went shopping for a new dress (since it was a black tie affair).

Don't we clean up nice??  I had no clue that people were required to wear fancy clothes to watch men punch each other and to see sweat and spit fly across the ring.  I am glad we weren't sitting on the front row--even though some big wigs such as Mitt Romney were there.  We even got to see the heavy weight champ Ocar De La Hoya and Mario Lopez (Slater from Saved By The Bell) box three rounds.  However, my favorite was watching the Mexican Lucha Libre wrestlers.  It was very entertaining!

Some of my favorite people.  It was fun to be all dressed up there together.  From left to right: Tiera, (me), Kari and Juli.  We were smokin' hot!

All of us fine folks together.  It was a great night and a lot of proceeds went to Charity Vision who does a lot of good around the world restoring vision to those in need. (#charityvision)

Lemonade Anyone?

Summer wouldn't be summer without a lemonade stand.  Kayden and his friend set one up and they made some good money!

They made signs and held them up as cars passed by.  Who could resist these cute boys??

Kayden pouring up a glass of lemonade.  With just the two pitchers of lemonade they made and sold with a couple of packets of fruit leather, the boys made $5 each!  They had some generous customers!
