A good friend of ours invited us to go to a fight night for a charity that he sits on the board for. We graciously accepted his invitation and I went shopping for a new dress (since it was a black tie affair).
Don't we clean up nice?? I had no clue that people were required to wear fancy clothes to watch men punch each other and to see sweat and spit fly across the ring. I am glad we weren't sitting on the front row--even though some big wigs such as Mitt Romney were there. We even got to see the heavy weight champ Ocar De La Hoya and Mario Lopez (Slater from
Saved By The Bell) box three rounds. However, my favorite was watching the Mexican Lucha Libre wrestlers. It was very entertaining!
