Brown/Yellow Belt

Kayden is really making strides in karate.  He had another belt advancement!  As he advances more and more it is fun to watch him make his moves!

Battle of the Books 2019

Kayden loves to read.  This year he has been way into the Harry Potter collection, but made time to read his assigned book for the Battle of the Books.  His team did very well this year and made it all the way to the finals!  They ended up with second place trophies after a hard fought battle with an all girl sixth grade team that was quite intimidating!

The team got together for a team party.  They had a good time in the hot tub, watching movies and eating treats!

They are all geared up to go for it again next year.  In fact, they are already calling themselves #albinobunnies2.0

Spring Recital

Josh and Jaxon had their piano recital tonight.  It was Jaxon's first piano recital and Josh's last.  Josh has decided to take a break from piano for a while.

Josh played The Bare Necessities.

Jaxon played Primavera.  It is a song he really wanted to learn to play.  Jaxon has gotten a lot of solace from playing the piano.

Josh's Basketball Season 2019

Josh opted out of playing Bantam Basketball this year.  He decided to play with just his friends this year in the recreation league as well as be a manager for the Jr. High team.  Josh's rec team had a great season and went undefeated all the way until the championship round in the tournament.

 Kayden was a big cheerleader for Josh's team.  You can see here that he has his hands up and his fingers crossed while Josh was shooting a free throw.  Now you know why Josh made so many of his free throws!

Guy's Weekend

Jeremy and his dad and brothers have an annual tradition of spending a weekend in St. George playing golf each year for his dad's birthday.  Even with two brothers that live out of state, they still make sure to make their golf weekend work.

They always have such a good time together and make great memories.  Plus they eat really good food!

OHS

We went and watched cousin Skyler perform in his school play, Annie,  at our alma mater.  We loved watching Skyler perform and it was cool to see the new school that was rebuilt.  We hadn't seen it yet.

 When the school was rebuilt, my parents purchased a family plaque for the auditorium.  It was fun to see, even though there was a typo.  hehe

After the play ended we found Skyler to let him know what a great job he did.  It was fun to see Jessica and Landon too!
