Happy 17th Birthday Jaxon!

Jaxon was the most snugly baby ever.  My friend even dubbed him as her teddy bear.  I can't believe he has turned 17 and is a giant of a boy!

His birthday week started out at Grandma White's were he celebrated with his cousin, Nick.  Grandma made their favorite dinner and scotch-a-roos for dessert and ice cream from the BYU creamery.

We went to dinner at Texas Roadhouse on Jaxon's actual birthday.  A giant of a burger for a giant of a boy!

Jaxon and his Spurs.  He remains a loyal fan.  He loved the new sweatshirt that we got for him.

Kayden used some fun paint methods to make Jaxon some Spurs artwork.  Jaxon gladly displayed it in his room.

Jaxon asked for the cookie dessert with ice cream.  He has good taste.  However, that meant that there wasn't room for 17 candles.

Jaxon ended his birthday week by celebrating at Grandma Haacke's house.  She also made his favorite dinner and dessert.  He is one loved kid.  Happy birthday Jax!

  13. He is helpful.  He does a good job with his household chores each week.  He is also a big help to me with running around when needed or extra help in the yard.
  14. He makes his bed every day.  Some days his bed and room look better than others, but his bed is at least made.  (Now if he would put those decorative pillows on his bed!)
  15. He is resilient.  He as gone through a lot and it has been a tough road.
  16. He is obedient.
